1. Who we are

Wired for Success Academy provides coaching, leadership development, Sales Skill Development, courses, certifications, communities, meetings, and related digital services. In this policy, “Wired for Success Academy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of wiredforsuccessacademy.com and the associated Academy platform.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, profile details, coaching or course enrollment information, assignments, assessment responses, meeting participation, support requests, and communications.

We also collect information generated when you use the service, including sign-in activity, course progress, lesson completion, certifications, appointments, device and browser information, and basic website analytics. Payment providers may process payment details on our behalf; we do not need to store complete payment-card numbers in the Academy platform.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to provide and secure accounts, deliver coaching and learning services, manage schedules and meetings, track progress, issue certificates, send requested communications, provide support, improve the platform, prevent misuse, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

4. Google Calendar and Search Console data

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, we request access to identify your Google account, display calendars you can manage, and create or update Academy appointments and coaching meetings on the calendar you select. The platform reads the calendar list needed to let you select an eligible calendar. It does not use Google Calendar data for advertising.

If an authorized Academy administrator connects Google Search Console, the platform requests read-only access to verified website properties and their search-performance data, including clicks, impressions, click-through rates, average position, search terms, pages, countries, and devices. This information is displayed only to portal users with Search Data permission and is not used for advertising.

Google access tokens are encrypted before storage and restricted to the appropriate Academy workspace. We retain a connection only while the related feature is in use. An authorized user can disconnect it from the platform, and access may also be revoked from Google Account security settings.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the service, fulfill your request, protect the platform, or comply with law. This may include authorized Academy staff, your assigned coach or organization, and service providers that support hosting, authentication, email, scheduling, video, storage, analytics, and payments. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data security and tenant isolation

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Access is based on authenticated roles and company membership. Coaches and students are limited to information they are authorized to use, while authorized Academy administrators may manage the broader workspace.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain learning and certification records, resolve disputes, meet contractual requirements, and comply with law. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for legitimate business, security, certification-verification, or legal purposes.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary browser storage for authentication and security. We may also use privacy-conscious analytics to understand page usage and improve website performance. Browser controls can limit optional cookies, although blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

9. Children

The service is intended for adults and professional learning audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and remove it.

10. Policy changes

We may update this policy as the platform, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.

QuickBooks Online connection

When an authorized administrator connects QuickBooks Online, the Academy requests Intuit accounting authorization and reads the selected company’s name and identifier to identify and verify the connection. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and restricted to server-side connection operations for that workspace. Connecting alone does not import or create customers, invoices, payments, or other accounting records.

Administrators with integration-management permission can check, reconnect, or disconnect the company from the QuickBooks settings page. A confirmed disconnection revokes the saved Intuit authorization and removes the stored tokens; it does not delete records in QuickBooks or Stripe. Access can also be revoked through QuickBooks Connected apps. We do not use this connection data for advertising or sell it.
